Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN/CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • You can cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund. We do not accept returns once the order is shipped.
  • We do accept exchanges if the device is defective within 30 days from the receipt of order.
  • Proof of purchase is required to claim exchange.
  • Damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to device use will not be exchanged.
  • Customer will be liable to pay any shipping and handling charges to exchange the device.
  • The device will be exchanged for the same color, size and brand bought originally unless its out of stock.
  • Applicable on opened items as well.

This warranty does not apply:

  1. to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and leakage.
  2. to replacement pods/replacement cartridges and tanks.
  3. to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause.
  4. to all kind of e-liquids/ejuices.
  5. to all devices after 30 days from the date of purchase (some conditions apply).
  6. to all waterpipes.

No return or exchange on waterpipes. All Waterpipes are final sale.

International orders
VAT, customs, brokerage fees and duties are not included in the shipping rate. Any additional costs are the customer's responsibility.

Cleaning prior to exchange
If an exchange is required, the product must be thoroughly cleaned and clear of any foreign substance.

Return Process

To request for a return label, please send us an email on info@esmokys.com with your Order ID and device name so we can email you the return label.

Please send us the items back with your Order ID on the following address using the return label provided through the email:

6722 Pheasant Oak Dr. Houston, Tx 77083.

Once the item is received, refund or exchange will be processed after inspection within 2-4 business days. 

In case of refund, please expect the amount to be credited in your bank within 2-4 business days or as per your bank's policy.
